You may use Red for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the databases you connect to and for having permission to access and modify the data within them.

Red includes safeguards such as read-only connections and confirmation before destructive statements, but these are aids, not guarantees. Use care when running queries against production systems.

Red is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will not affect the databases you use it with.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or other damages arising from your use of Red. You are responsible for keeping backups of important data.

Red connects to databases and services you choose. Your use of those systems is governed by their own terms and licenses, not these.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
